Motel 6 Houston-Hobby - South Houston

We had a pleasant stay for weekend.

The venue's position was central.

The hotel was in a central location to all major tourist attractions. The staff was helpful, my every need was addressed. The room was perfect and complete with a good shower, clean sheets plus the television, I had everything needed.

I loved the room with a kitchen.

The rooms need to be sprayed for roaches. It had an unpleasant smell to the rooms and the walls were nasty. Not only were the rooms nasty but so were the toilet seats. They were stained with urine. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked a room with a kitchen. Everything here was great. The service was good and the pool was clean.

Nice that laminate had replaced carpet and the room had been modernized.

Not the worst location, but not a great one either.

Location, location, location

No refregerator or mico in any of the four rooms I rented.

no amenities, forgot to put towels back first day, pillow cases next day. Internet was down most of stay. very sparse, no warmth to decorating. Lights did not work, ice maker did not work. Spa was filled with concrete.

The young lady who checked me in was very professional and polite. The room was clean and neat. I was glad to have a fridge & a microwave! Dog friendly and a pool. Was a little sad to see the hottub had concrete poured over it!

Very Very Convient to Hobby Airport! Great for the price!

Smelt a little musty!

The room was spacious and allowed us to stay with our dog. We enjoyed visiting the nearby 1940 Air Terminal Museum, a cool experience. The location is convenient for family activities, and we appreciated being close to Glenbrook Park Golf Course.

My kids wished the cleanliness was better. The bathroom had some issues. An improvement for families would be regular deep cleaning to ensure a more hygienic environment.

The price was great

I have stayed at this location several times. The first was great. The second time there was no cable and the lady at the front desk did not informed me until after I paid. Then there was a time when a couple was fighting in thier room. This past weekend there was no hot water.

easy access to parks and local eateries for weekend explorers

I appreciated how close this hotel was to Sculpture Park, just about 5.5 km away and perfect for a lovely afternoon stroll. There are amazing eateries like Pho Hai and Taco Cabana, both within a 10-minute walk.
